theophylline riboswitch with optimized RBS
This is a theophylline-responsive riboswitch containing optimized RBS. The sequence is initially designed by Wieland, M. and Hartig, J. S. (2008) with Shines-Dalgarno (SD) sequence. We optimized the RBS by replacing SD sequence with calculated RBS by thermodynamic modeling. Sequence and Features
